Road closure at Whickham Front Street affecting services 6, 69, 301, X30, X31 & X71
Buses will be diverted between 18:30 & 06:00 the following morning on the evenings of Monday 7th to Thursday 10th September while Gateshead Council carry out essential maintenance.
Service 6 will be unable to serve Broom Lane or Front Street and will divert via Oakfield Road, Fellside Road and Whickham Bank. Customers travelling from Broom Lane can use service X30, X31 or X71.
Services 69 & 301 will be unable to serve stops on Front Street. Buses will divert via Broom Lane, Oakfield Road & Fellside Road.
Services X30, X31 & X71 will be unable to serve stops at Front Street. Buses will divert via Broom Lane.
Buses will serve all stops while operating on diversion.
