Buses on service X21 will be unable to serve bus stops at Middlestone Moor and Clyde Terrace between 07:00 & 19:00 from Saturday 8th to Saturday 15th August. A shuttle service will operate between Binchester Moor roundabout and Spennymoor Town Centre between these times. Service X21 will operate direct between Binchester Moor and Spennymoor Precinct.
