Road closure following the England v India T20 cricket game affecting service 78
England play India in a T20 international cricket match at the Banks Homes Riverside ICG in Chester le Street. At the end of the game to assist traffic egress from the ground, the road between the A167 and Great Lumley will be closed for upto an hour, expected to be between 20:00 & 23:00.
During this time, service 78 will need to divert between Ropery Lane and Great Lumley via Park Road, New Bridge Bank, Houghton Gate, Bournmoor & Lumley Thicks to resume normal route at Riding Hill.
