Revised timetable with improved Sunday frequency

Minor timetable changes to improve reliability. Service X45 will now run twice an hour on Sundays, combining to provide a bus every 20 minutes between Newcastle, Metrocentre, Winlaton Mill, Rowlands Gill and Consett.
