Since we last surveyed you, we have made several improvements including: 

• New timetables across the region to improve reliability.
• 25 brand new electric buses on our Angel 21 and 58 routes.
• 23 brand new buses to services such as X1 and X45.
• A faster X20 service between Sunderland and Durham.
• Added more buses to service X66 during school holidays, making it easier to travel between Gateshead and Metrocentre.
