Please do not take any issues out on our team who are at work and operating our journeys. They, like everyone else, are doing everything they can to operate as good a service as possible.
We will not tolerate verbal abuse – including shouting and swearing – or abuse of any kind to any of our team across the company. This includes in person to our drivers, on the phone or on our social media pages to our customer services team.
Our driving team and customer services team are local people, from the communities you live in, and they are at work trying their very best.
