Buses will be unable to serve stops at Sleepy Valley, Tanfield Village or Barcus Close Lane from first bus on Monday 9th January for approximately 3 weeks. Service X72 will operate direct from Tantobie crossroads via Clough Dene, Pickering Nook & Hobson. Buses will serve the bus stops at Tantobie crossroads and Crookgate bank top but will otherwise operate non stop. School bus 823 will start at Tanfield Village and operate via Sleepy Valley, Tantobie crossroads, Clough Dene, Pickering Nook & Hobson, resuming normal route at Crookgate.
