There will be a FREE 'Party in the pines' event held on Sunday 6 July, from 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m, in the pines area at Forestry England's Chopwell Wood.
Along with Friends of Chopwell Wood, Friends of Red Kites and Forestry England, Go North East have organised a fab family fun day this year!
Go North East will be providing a bus and entertainment, including a face-painter and bubbleologist.
There will also be a range of other activities on the day including:
Live music, archery, a children's entertainment marquee (where you can paint stones, read books, play games, and more!), as well as a tombola stall and food outlets!
