38 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
All aspects of stores work in an engineering parts environment, including Goods Inward and Outward, Stock Checking, Housekeeping, Parts Identification and keeping the stores as efficient as possible.
Duties
- Using the Oracle, Nexala and Outlook system to order, monitor requisitions, issue parts and communicate with suppliers.
- Manage Service Exchange and Warranty process.
- Stock control and monitor parts trends for high and low usage.
- Contact suppliers and internal staff to ensure correct part numbers are achieved.
- Arranging collection of Parts.
- Monitor oils, Antifreeze & Screen-wash stocks levels.
- Assist in Health & Safety Inspections.
Required
Full UK Manual Car licence.
Positive and flexible approach to problem solving. Computer basic literacy is essential. Stores Management experience preferred, however training will be provided for a suitable candidate.
