4th - 13th October
Houghton Feast returns this October. The 800-year-old festival featuring ox roasting, carnival and a fairground is a celebration of Houghton le Spring’s rich history. Friday the 4th of October sees the opening ceremony, with live music and the illuminations switch on. Then on Saturday, the annual parade along with the Primary School Dash are highlights not to be missed.
