Our Passenger Panel is a research panel of over 2,000 customers, and has become a valued way of obtaining feedback on aspects of our products and services.
New Panel members are always welcome and, to join, all you need to do is complete a short survey about your usage of our buses. This is so we can make sure that you are invited to participate in surveys that best fit your interests.
As a panellist, you will be periodically invited to take part in online surveys. Participation is voluntary and, to thank you for your time, you will be entered into a prize draw to win high street vouchers worth £50 for each survey that you complete.
The Go North East Passenger Panel is being managed on our behalf by Bluegrass Research Ltd. Please be assured that throughout the panel process, all of your information will be treated in strict accordance with the Market Research Society guidelines, in conjunction with the Data Protection Act (1998).
Once you have joined the Panel you will also be able to unsubscribe from further survey invitations at any time. All you need to do is click on the 'unsubscribe' link situated at the foot of each survey invitation.
